If you are purchasing designs starting 9/1/2023 and plan to sell printed transfers.
NO:
If your transaction was made before 9/1/2023 you are covered under the old terms and conditions and no extra license is required.

PRINTED TRANSFER AND PRINT ON DEMAND LICENSE IS INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF 2023 OR LIFETIME OF THE ENTIRE SHOP OF DESIGN. NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE IS NEEDED. Purchasing this extended use license allows you, as a small business owner, to sell Two Broke Hoez digital designs as Printed Transfers, and covers the ENTIRE shop .
This does not include any designs with this listing, this is ONLY for the license. Designs are sold separately.

This license includes being able to print:

Sublimation Transfers

Printed/Cut Vinyl Transfers

Screen Print Transfers

 Waterslide Decals

 Craft Iron-On Transfers
DTF/ Vinyl Transfers

 Water Slide Decals


The Digital Designs are NOT included with this listing and must be purchased separately from the license.

With this license, you CAN:
Print and sell transfers of up to 5 designs in our shop with no limit on sales.

With this license you CANNOT:
Resell our designs as digital downloads.
Sell, modify or distribute the designs digitally in ANY format.

PLEASE NOTE:
If selling the transfers online, a watermark must be added to the images you use to advertise online. You may use your own or our watermark to protect from being copied.

{Your paid transaction will serve as confirmation of your rights of extended usage. Please keep this as well as transaction receipts from Etsy for your records as proof of purchase.}
